There is nothing like that run in the morning getting on your womens trainers when the sun is getting up, when you come running and those sun rays shines right into  your eyes telling you this is going to be a great day. Running is something you can do anytime of the day and 365 days a year no matter weather or other conditions only one thing will be able to ruin you daily run (or at least the running a couple of days a week) and that is if you get injured. the runners worst nightmare is getting injured and for some people not much has to go wrong before you end up with pain in either back, hip, knee, angle or foot – these are the most common places to get injuries… well, that is almost the whole body but running is tough and not getting the right running trainers is a killer. Men usually just go out there and think we are all  heroes and nothing will happen and women often tend to look at the design of what they are running in. If it is not either designer trainers or vintage trainers which makes you look cool running nothing will work but men and womens trainers are much more important and no one should care for looks or heroic actions because the wrong womens trainers will give you problem and for some as early as after 1-2 runs. For both men and womens trainers there are thousands to choose from when you look at the different brands but actually in the big overview you can categorize men and womens trainers into 3 categories for those who supinate (roll out) or pronate (roll in) or the neutral runner. These running shoes all have different ways of fitting their “cushioning” and stabilization because each category needs different fit. When this is said you of course can get womens trainers that are narrow, wide, with different ways the shoe lazes work. Most trainers will be able to do here but again it is all the small things that matter and even how you thigh your womens sneakers will have an effect on your running posture. All in all the most important thing to watch out for when you choose men or womens trainers is finding out which one of the 3 categories you are in and this is done fairly easily just walk into almost any shop selling running shoes and they will have a look at your running style on a running machine – make sure they do this.
